Manage daily accounting functions for companies
Timely reporting of monthly management accounts and reports, consolidation accounts, quarterly reports and any ad-hoc financial analysis
Preparation of Annual Business & Budget
Responsible for treasury activities and manage cash flow of the companies to ensure efficient use of funds, adequacy of working capital and foreign exchange exposure
Assist in company’s tax computation
Oversee capital expenditure control, proper custody and physical asset accountability
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and statutory authorities
Other ad-hoc duties
Supervise a team of finance staff
Job Requirements
- Accountancy Professional Qualification / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Must possess 2-4 years of working experience in related field
- Good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Able to meet deadlines with high level of commitment
- Attention to details, meticulous, proactive and able to multi task.
- A team player and possess supervision and leadership skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word. Knowledge of ACCPAC is an added advantage
