Job Description

· To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems [Email, UBS, Door Access, MS office, Outlook Client, Desktop Antivirus, Internet Browser, Surveillances monitoring etc] and hardware [Computers, Laptops, Printers, Copier Machines, Fax Machines, Scanners, CCTVs, Video Conferencing etc], that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, performance monitoring in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.

· The applicant is expected to prioritize, respond and follow up on issues where information is readily available or standard procedures and processes exist.

· The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.

· Collaborate with other members of the Technical Support team to analyze and respond to technical problems and participate in cross-training sessions.

· To maintain an up-to-date record of IT inventory which includes PC, Laptops, printers, etc. and maintain a full documentation of all systems and hardware; and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirement.

· Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users’ knowledge of applications to support their daily works.

Job Requirements

· Relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology.

· Experience in desktop administration, data backup, CCTV support, VOIP, Video Conferencing and antivirus.

· Experience in server / database / infrastructure administration preferred.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Windows XP and Vista, Microsoft SQL Server, Desktop/Server hardware, printers and networking.

· Ability to be pro-active, creative and innovative, whilst remaining business focused.Attention to detail in producing robust, quality, well-documented systems.

· Possess excellent communication skills, a keen interest in solving problems and a quick leaner.

· Possess own transport.
