Job Description
· Handle customers’ enquiry via phone, e-mail or face-to-face, providing effective technical support to customers
· Conducts hardware, network and application monitoring
· Diagnose hardware, network and application faults
· Troubleshoot and solve technical problems
· Ensure systems uptime and provide accurate reports
Job Requirements
· Must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Computer), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 1 year relevant industry experience
· Experience in Network monitoring and troubleshooting skills
· Able to tolerate high pressure from demanding clients
· Passionate about problem identification & fixing
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written, verbal and presentation.
