Job Description

-Assist in bank account reconciliations, update monthly sales summary, and ensure documents are well organized and filed up to date.

-Maintain daily reports and data key in.

-Assist in all accounting functions and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

-Support general office administrative matters.

-Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

-Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company's financial.

-Preparation of cheques & payment voucher.

Job Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Level/Pre-U,in any field.

-Fresh Graduates or Partially Qualified candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.

-Those who stay nearby Kampung Dato Harun / Taman Medan area are encouraged to apply.

-Required language: English,Bahasa Malaysia.

-Accounting software (UBS) knowledge is an advantage.

-Able to work independently, self-starter and have a good attitude character
